1. Cancellation
Cancellation of a reservation must be notified to the Motor Lodge no later than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Less than 48 hours notice or any 'no-shows' will result in a cancellation fee no greater than the cost of one nights motel accommodation.
2. Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-in, and/or late check-out, is by arrangement only.
3. Payment of Account
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so), or by prior arrangement on booking.
4. Visitors
In consideration of other guests, no visitors are allowed in motel rooms after 10pm.
5. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the Motel Units. If you do smoke, then you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
6. Damage to Motel Property
Any damage to the room or property will be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable
